RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

The primary goal of the Research and Development sub-team is to take on projects that serve as educational sources for biofuels, improve biofuel technology, and assist community partners in their biofuel needs. Our projects aim to enhance the engineering skills of our members while also providing substantial good for the communities in which we reside.

BIOENERGY IMPLEMENTATION

The primary goal of the Bioenergy Implementation sub-team is to design and develop bioenergy systems both at Cornell University and within the greater Ithaca community. The team works with community partners, facilities, and faculty to implement ideas. Additionally, the team conducts preliminary research on potential projects and initiatives.

BUSINESS & OUTREACH

The primary goal of the Business and Outreach sub-team is to increase awareness and education about sustainability and biofuel initiatives on campus and the greater NY area by partnering with various climate-focused and eco-friendly organizations. The team also focuses on the visibility of ESW Biofuels on campus through maintaining the website and newsletter.
